Our Story

My name is Kelly Jackson. My sister Shannon Moore, and I founded our Company, ElevateHM, LLC on the fundamental belief of empowering, uplifting and supporting beauty industry and lifestyle professionals through business ownership.

 

We both have a firm belief that we’ve been given gifts and talents for the purpose of serving others.  Shannon is a 25 year wealth management professional with a focus in family business advising, and Kelly is a 25 year beauty lifestyle professional operating in her own salon studio suite for 10 years.  

 

The main strength of our partnership is that we are sisters.  We believe in each other and know our purpose is to foster that same belief and confidence in fellow business owners.  We grew up watching both our grandparents and parents own and operate their own businesses and the positive impact it had on their lives, our upbringing and those in the community.  

 

It is our goal to take that knowledge and experience and create a brand we believe in, one that elevates and empowers new and existing beauty and lifestyle professionals to build their own personal brand knowing they are strong business owners but not in business alone.
